Diced tomato pulp with skin and seeds removed. Engineered to retain fresh-from-the-vine texture and natural grain structure after thermal processing. Optimal application for bolognese, arrabbiata, ragù, and similar sauce applications.

Storage conditions:
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature from 0 °C to +25 °C, away from direct sunlight, at a relative humidity of no more than 75%. After opening, store the product in a refrigerator at a temperature from +2 °C to +6 °C for no longer than 3 days.
