From my first days, I was impressed by the scale of the challenges and the company’s growth potential. The implementation of modern control methods and process automation allows us to continually develop and find new solutions. We have learned to increase production volumes without sacrificing quality and explore new areas of production.

Seeing our developments and improvements come to life and the company’s products become even better inspires me every day. I’m proud that my team has the opportunity to influence the final result and guarantee high product quality for our customers.

When working with food products, each stage of control is unique and requires special attention. This constant interaction with modern technologies, professional equipment, and advanced testing methods makes my department’s work truly engaging and meaningful.

I joined the company four years ago as an assistant site foreman, and now I manage a branch with over 100 employees. Since I started, the company has undergone significant changes – we’ve become more technologically advanced, systematic, and efficient. For me, the most exciting thing about being a branch manager is the opportunity to solve unconventional problems, because every workday is different. This keeps me constantly on my toes.

My development has been supported by colleagues and managers who have shared their experience and knowledge with me. On the one hand, they are highly qualified specialists and professionals in their fields, and on the other, they are wonderful people, and my friendship and collaboration with them are my greatest source of pride.

I love my job. Despite my colleague’s joke, “The first 10 years are hard, then you get used to it,” I got used to it almost immediately. This is partly due to my family. My great-grandfather was a tractor driver/combine operator, cultivating virgin land in the Volgograd region. My father worked for many years for a large company manufacturing agricultural equipment. So, agriculture has always been close and familiar to me.

I rose through the ranks from a warehouse worker to the head of the logistics department at two plants. My growth in this field was fueled by my passion for what I do and my desire to constantly improve. I enjoy working in logistics because it’s a vibrant and dynamic field. I love being able to see the results of my work and knowing that my time and effort were well worth it.

It’s important to me that the plant is located in my home region. We create jobs for local residents, everyone has the opportunity to find work in their field, and everyone has real prospects for professional development in various fields. The plant is growing, and we are growing along with it.

I joined the company in 2021 as a recruiting manager and became a senior manager a year later. Thanks to my manager’s mentorship, I honed my interviewing and candidate assessment skills for a wide range of positions, from machine operators to technical directors, and learned to quickly grasp the nuances of any profession.

For me, this job isn’t just filling vacancies; it’s an opportunity to directly influence the development of a team, the core of the company, with whom I’ll be interacting every day. Management’s trust is especially valuable to me—I’m tasked with recruiting key positions that shape the company’s future.

My team and I often tackle challenging tasks like urgently recruiting 50 people “just yesterday”—this requires a creative approach, unconventional solutions, and high speed. Interviews with industry professionals give me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the business I work in.
